Together we looked at the website and tried to work out exactly what they do; we found it confusing as we have never worked in business before, and the insurance is for businesses. It was also tricky to find much information on any of the pages.
From looking at the logo, we came to the conclusion that it seemed like the branding for a hotel aimed at people travelling on business. We thought that we needed to change this so that it was a lot more clear that they are selling insurance.
