Working from the storyboard, we decided to draw the various stages of the brain and the cloud to piece together. Tamar agreed to do this, as we decided that her strengths lie in the drawing and mine more in the task of the animation and drawing the bits in between.
I talked her through the different stages as she drew them, and gave her some images of brains for her to sketch from. We're both happy with these drawings.
Next she drew some heads, as we want to zoom out at the end to show the brain inside of a head to add context. Some are better than others; some of them are a little too strange looking. She also drew some hearts for us to choose from.
I scanned them in and we talked about which were the best sketches.
